Steve MinOn’s Toe Tag Bookmarks
Steve MinOn commissioned us to create a limited edition bookmark for his darkly ironic debut novel First Name Second Name. Every detail ties back to the story, inspired by vintage toe tags (yes, the ones a funeral home would use). The creepy-crawly critters, fact-checked to be actual Far North Queensland ants and carrion beetles, are pressed deeply into the textured paper stock. Finished with a golden yellow cord, each element is steeped in meaning. You’ll have to read the book to find out why.
